Manhattan Skyline Management Welcomes Inspire Orthodontics to 1,357 s/f at West River House
Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. has signed a long-term lease with Inspire Orthodontics at 424 West End Ave. in the Upper West Side neighborhood.
Situated within Manhattan Skyline’s 22-story, 230-unit luxury rental apartment building West River House, Inspire Orthodontics will operate from a 1,357 s/f street level space with 44 feet of prominent frontage on West End Ave. Led by Dr. Reem Abdulrahman, the practice is now open.

Roth represented Manhattan Skyline in the long-term lease transaction. Inspire Orthodontics was represented by independent broker Dr. Richard Hittman. The space was formerly occupied by Poppyseed Pre-Nursery.

Dr. Reem received her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Temple University and her Certificate of Orthodontics from Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA. She specializes in airway-focused orthodontics, which develop the airway in conjunction with aligning the teeth.
